Service Level Uptime Agreement

We offer our dedicated server customers a service level uptime agreement. This agreement guarantees a 100% monthly network, power, and cooling availability to all dedicated servers in our data centers.

Global Internet Connectivity

The first part of our service level agreement includes connectivity from out network to the outside Internet.

Private Network Connectivity

The second part refers to reliable connectivity between the private network within the ReliableSite platform.

Power

This part of the agreement guarantees that the power to all of our servers within the data center will always be available and reliable.

Cooling

Finally, the fourth part of our service level agreement means that proper cooling will always be provided to the servers within our data center.

To make you feel even more confident in our data centers, you should know that all of our facilities feature overhead cable trays, multiple providers for reliable access, and 24/7 technical support staff on-site at each data center.

Furthermore, all of our data centers feature:

  • 32 redundant diesel power generators
  • 32 rotary power systems
  • Double interlocked pre-action sprinkler systems
  • Closed circuit TV video surveillance
  • And much more

With all of these redundancies and safeguards in place, we’re confident in guaranteeing 100% network uptime to ReliableSite dedicated server customers. This is a guarantee that many other companies simply aren’t able to offer.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Please keep in mind that our service level agreement applies to direct ReliableSite clients only, and we are not responsible for downtime caused by a reseller of our services. Any credits issued will be assigned to future billing cycles, and credits are calculated from the time a ticket is opened until the time the issue is resolved. Any claims must be made with the billing department, and your account must be in good standing in order to be eligible for any credits.
